He has served as a Special Judge in General Sessions Criminal Court Divisions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15, gaining extensive experience across multiple courtrooms and types of cases.

His career reflects a commitment to fairness, consistency, and accountability in every decision. Billy understands the importance of the court’s role in the community and approaches each case with professionalism and respect for the law.
